The Miami Dolphins are preparing for a potential playoff push with a B2B show at Miami’s State Farm arena, according to sources close to the team.
The event is a collaboration between the Dolphins and State Farm, which owns and operates the State Garden.
The show will take place on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 10 p.m.
ET and will be streamed live on the team’s website.
“State Farm Arena is a unique opportunity for us to create a B1B show for fans in a great venue that is very well known and is in a unique location,” Dolphins President of Marketing and Communications Tom Alberts told ESPN.
“It is a great opportunity for the Dolphins to showcase their brand to fans and to show their commitment to local businesses.”
The show will feature Dolphins players and coaches, as well as some of the biggest names in sports marketing.
According to a report from Bleacher Report, the show will be produced by the Miami-based agency Creative Artists Agency.
“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for our company to expand our reach and reach into the Miami market,” Alberksaid.
“As we expand our portfolio, we are also able to continue to develop brand partnerships with local businesses and the community at large.”
State Farm has long been a top B2C market for the Miami Marlins, and the team recently partnered with the Miami Beach Museum of Art to showcase its collection of iconic artwork, as part of the Marlins’ World Series celebration.
“Our Miami team is proud to be part of State Farm’s B2D show,” Albersaid said.
“The State Farm show at State Farm will help build relationships and grow our fan base, and we look forward to showcasing our team and the Miami community to a great and passionate crowd.”
The Dolphins will host a similar show in February, and Alberthsaid is hoping to host a show with NFL teams in the future.
The Miami Heat, New York Jets and Washington Redskins will be participating in the event.
The Dolphins and the Dolphins also recently partnered to create the Dolphins B2A show, which will air live on ESPN3 in the spring.
